THE MAN NOBODY KNEW AND A DIABOLICAL SCENARIO!
After the Second World War, the CIA brought scientists over to the United States not because they agreed with their politics but because they possessed information that was valuable to the United States. One such man, was Werner von Braun who was valuable to our space program. However, I met another man, many times, that was recruited by the CIA, that would have been equally as well known if the CIA had't kept his identity secret from the American public because he also had valuable information that they wanted. His name was Otto von Bolschwing and he represented himself as a business man with connections that included major drug companies such as Warner Lambert. I will add additional information about the man (below) that has never been published before. He was a tall handsome man with impeccable manners, possessing a wealth of information. As a result, he moved easily in Government and Industrial circles.
He told me how the Third Reich was planning to use drugs (they used drugs in the drinking water in concentration camps to keep the prisoners docile) and disease markers in water supplies and change the properties of water so "purifiers" would be as useless to the population as they are today! In this way, they could use WATER to control the population in country after country in their quest for world domination. After all, what is the easiest way to maintain control?? WATER SUPPLIES!! THAT IS THE DIABOLIC SCENARIO!! They can add anything they wish to our water supplies and with his connections to pharmaceutical giant Warner Lambert, Otto certainly knew what he was talking about!! He stated that as more and more drugs were dispensed to the general population, the drug companies and our health care system would grow exponentially! He was right!! Check out the drugs in our drinking water (57 in Philadelphia with 41 million people affected (AP 3/10/08). Actually, all water is affected and my old literature mentioned this for years before the Associated Press news release! The only thing they don't mention is the DISEASE MARKERS (for any disease you can name) that are also flushed down toilets with drugs that finally end up in our water supplies!! If you check out the people back in the 40's and 50's, you will see that they are nothing like the people we are seeing today! Today, they are full of drugs (AP article)...walking drug cocktails!! An M.D. said to me: "I don't know what's wrong with people! They are becoming more and more difficult to deal with!" That's why...the drugs that are in all drinking water (AP 3/10/08)!! Ordinary distillers/filters don't remove the small molecule drugs or the markers for a host of diseases that express themselves in a blood test! Again, that's why we recycle water 100's of times/gallon to allow enough DESTRUCTION TIME (VIRUS & BACTERIA DESTRUCTION CHART)!!
Here is how I met Otto: When I was in my 20's I did print and film advertising for many different products. As a result, I met a classic beauty by the name of Beth Walker. She was the girl in the white bathing suit on the Coca-Cola billboards. One evening, at the Gramercy Park Hotel, she was introduced to her bridge partner, Otto von Bolschwing. Beth was a friend of my wife Marge and she brought Otto along to our dinner parties, on many occasions, at our home in Westchester. We took over this property from Johnny Carson who had provided the home for his wife Jodi and their sons. My wife, a graduate of The Parsons School of Design, invited her friends from Parsons to these parties, so there are alot of people that were shocked to discover Otto's true identity! The CIA information (below) squares with the comments from Beth and Otto in those days. Beth and Otto invited us to private dinners at their home in New Jersey where Otto was connected with the founder of Warner Lambert. That's how he had enough information to predict the future of drugs and increased health care in the United States! He told Beth that he was in a concentration camp during the war. This was correct except he omitted the fact that he was running concentration camps! It's never been published that he had a wife named Beth or that he has a son, Werner (I believe that's his name). Beth told us that his son wouldn't speak to him and now we know why. When Beth discovered Otto's true identity and background, she, of course, was devastated. I learned about Otto's background while watching an evening news program when his picture appeared and they were comparing him to Claus Barbie. We never heard any more about Otto because the CIA immediately had any mention of his name quashed from the news media. It wasn't until years later that the information was declassified. Most importantly, after talking to Otto, I decided to invent a water machine to help my fellow Americans because as he said, putting water through a distiller or filter one time (even 10 times) is a waste of time because these processes don't develop the water properties needed to destroy pathogens or the markers for a host of diseases found in ALL "pure water"! If they weren't in the water produced by these products, than common sense would tell you that the "AMAZING WATER" from any water product would have the ability to kill off the colony forming units of bacteria in the ORGANA TEST that can kill you!! That's why we recycle water 100's of times/gallon to change the properties of water so that the water produced by our machines will kill pathogens. Again, Otto was right! The "Organa Test' on this website is just one out of 100's of tests that have been done to prove my point!!

December 1953: Applied to emigrate to the United States
February 1954: Arrived in the USA. Already with the CIA for six years.
Becomes a U.S. Citizen 1959. Same year JFK to run against Richard Nixon. Developed close ties with Elmer Bobst, President of Warner Lambert Pharmaceutical (Bobst was said to be "The Godfather of the Nixon Presidency"). Otto became Director Of International Marketing at Warner Lambert. Developed close ties to Alfred Driscoll, Honorary Board Chairman of Warner Lambert and a former Governor of New Jersey
By mid-sixties (when we knew him): Chief Financial Officer for German subsidiary of Cabot Manufacturing, a $50,000,000.German Carbon operation subsidiary. He started a wine importing business from Argentina. I know that he also owned a coal mining operation that isn't included in the CIA declassification and this may be how he became involved with Cabot Manufacturing. Cabot is also in the natural gas business. I own a property in the Marcellus Fault, a huge gas reserve.
March 1969 Sacramento, CA, Silicon Valley, Defense Dept. TCI, Trans International Computer Investment Corp, AIS, Advanced Information Systems, subsidiary of TCL. HS, International Imaging Systems, subsidiary of TCL. TCI monitored 1967 Arab-Israeli War, hired Otto, 1969. Planned to commercialize technology, went abroad. He became part of Defense Dept with needed security clearances.

1970 Board of Directors of TCL becomes President Contacts included J. Paul Getty Jr, direct contacts with Aristotle Onassis, heads of Europe, Walter F. Leveron, Judge William A. Newsom, also associated with Ford Aerospace, Philco, past Vice-President of ITT (At this time I had contracts for high precision switches with ITT but I didn't know he had connections with ITT) and also a former Vice-President of Fairchild.
He came to the United States with Helen Von Damm, secretary to Ronald Reagan from TCI.

A SUCCESS STORY THAT CHANGED THE BREAD INDUSTRY
My grandfather, C. Leslie Lowes was born in Canada in 1880. At the age of 10, he went to work as a helper on a horse drawn bread wagon. Later on in life, he became a Baker, married my grandmother and moved to Rochester New York where he bought a bakery with a $500.00 loan that he received from his father, my great-grandfather. It was his father's life savings.
Soon, C. Leslie Lowes revolutionized the bread industry with mass production. His company grew to 25 factories and it was listed on the New York Stock Exchange. In fact, he bought trainloads of flour at a time, enough to influence the market. When a banker said to him: "The price of flour is very low, are you going to buy flour now?" His answer: "No, the price is too low for the farmer to make a fair profit. I am going to wait until the price goes UP!" Can you imagine a businessman saying that today?? When he retired, the Board of Directors wanted him to take millions of dollars out of the company that he started. His answer: "No, I have enough money, give it to the employees. They deserve it!" How many businessmen today would do that??
Every person is a summation of his or her life experiences and the people that have encouraged them to do great things, especially for the benefit of mankind. My grandfather, C. Leslie Lowes, was a summation of those people. He was a man that should be emulated!!
As a result of my grandfather’s success, I met many famous people at my parent’s home. Among them was Charles E. Wilson President and Chairman of the General Electric Company. F.D.R appointed him head of the War Production Board during World War II; as a result, we can thank him for quickly changing us over to a wartime economy that won the war. I mention him because he encouraged me to develop a precision measuring device that saves countless hours of production time and is still used worldwide.
Another man that had a great influence in my life was William Frank Snyder. He was a great friend of F.D.R and wrote President Roosevelt’s will in spite of the fact that he was as conservative as Mrs. Delano and he handled her affairs as well. There were countless others that I met at my parents home. However, I am leaving Dr. Norman Vincent Peale (The Power of Positive Thinking) for last to emphasize the fact that there are too many people that are programing our children to be losers instead of encouraging them! This is especially true on the Internet. If it is contrary to what it says in a textbook, it must be absurd! Common sense should tell anyone that if new technology was revealed in textbooks, patents would never have been issued! Somebody questioned why my patents don't disclose proprietary technology! Are people that represent themselves as "educated" really that stupid?? When obtaining a patent, you disclose just enough information to obtain the patent without giving up proprietary information unnecessarily! This should be obvious!
These people should realize that if new technology had to agree with "textbook science", nothing new would have been invented! This reminds me of a great family friend, Pierre Bontecou that worked with Thomas Watson in Dayton Ohio. When I was a mere 16 years of age, Mr. Bontecou took me to see their first computer. In the 1940’s he would say to everyone; “Computers are in the future of this great country!” Most people would laugh and say that was absurd...were they ever wrong!!
Many people say I should write a book about all the people I knew growing up in New Rochelle, NY. We lived on what was once part of the Thomas Paine Farm...the author of "Common Sense". Norman Rockwell lived in New Rochelle for many years until he moved to Massachusetts. If he was sitting in church and somebody looked like an interesting subject, he would use them in his magazine covers. Dr James E West (Boy Scout Executive of the United States) has a son Bob that is an example! Do you remember the cover where a Boy Scout is giving a dog a drink of water in the baggage department of a railroad station? That was Bob West M.D. or Jack Ranges or Eddie Newman, a school teacher..the list goes on! When I was of age, Dr West had a party at his estate and invited over 100 of my friends to my birthday party where Dr West presented me with my scout uniform. I have those pictures to this day! Larry Pearce, the son of the opera singer Jan Pearce was there. One day, when we were playing on their front lawn, Jan Pearce invited us to sing "God Bless America" with him in his upstairs library. He had his usual violinist and piano player there. Unbelievable! Do you know what it's like to sing with such an incredible voice? Larry produced the movie "Goodby Columbus". The list goes on including the Handelman boys. My father called Rabbi Shankman and said: "We have to celebrate your birthday!" He aways said: "John Ellis (my father) is my best friend!"
When I was a youngster and my parents went to Europe, they would leave me with the help at the James E. West estate. Carrie Chapman Catt (woman suffragist) lived right around the corner from us and later Bob Smith (Howdy Doody). He recorded my brother singing when he was 15 years old. He said he has the best voice he every heard and Arthur Godfrey agreed! He won the Arthur Godfrey Show on national TV in Miami Beach and I introduced him. As a result, he was offered movie contracts including a contract with Arthur Godfrey. However, he opted for commercial real estate. My brother, Richard Ellis, had over 1 million square feet leased in the World Trade Center when it came down.
I met Salvador Dali at the St Regis Hotel and he used me for his "Christ In The Andes". Agent John Harkrider called me and said Dali had interviewed over 100 men for the job. He said go there: "You will get the job!" When John Harkrider retired, he had the story of his life in the centerfold of Life Magazine. Photograper Hy Peskin rushed onto the field and took about 50 pictures of me. I lost my concentration and missed out on the Olympics in the discus! I later ranked #1 in the World in the Discus (the world rankings used to be on my website). I gave it up when they started on steroids and most of my competitors from those days are dead as a result. I don't know if Al Oerter took them. However, he was a great friend and he told my daughter I "invented" the way they throw the discus today. He was only 71 when he died. I know I made the right choice and my "Water Machine" has been my major advantage in staying healthy! Now, the athletes are buying my machines as their "secret weapon" and I tell them how to train...it works! The secret is blood flow!!
I was walking down Sunset Blvd in Beverly Hills when Bob Mathis approached me and said John Wayne wanted to meet me to offer me a movie contract. The "Bob Mathis Story" is about the Olympic Champion. Don "Red" Barry drove me to Warner Brothers for lunch where I met Dean Martin and Jim Garner said: We have to put this guy in the movies!" I went to a party at Greta Peck's house (Gregory Peck) and Bob Mitchum's wife said the same thing. However, I am an Engineer, not a "hurry up and wait" person for the next "take" and I opted to be an Engineer. The list goes on and many people say I should write a book about Americana that may be lost forever. However, this has nothing to do with WATER and I question if anybody really cares?
