RE: False Advertising with Serious Health Implications

Please note the two ads that are read by millions of people every month in major publications. There are thousands of wells that go bad every year and people
believe these ads that can lead to disastrous consequences when consumers
distill polluted well water because they believe ads that say: “Waterwise purifiers guarantee purest water.” This ad is blatantly false and if they had a
degree in steam plant engineering they would know why! In addition, the CPSC has recalled thousands of plastic water distillers and they
are still being sold by at least 100 dealers on the Internet including Waterwise and their dealers. Unlike a plastic coffee maker with a lower
shutoff temperature, plastic water distillers have a higher shutoff temperature
because they have to run continuously for hours until they run out of
water. Eventually, the thermostat fails
and the distiller gets hotter and hotter until the plastic melts and it can
burn your house down as the consumer product safety
commission found out. We have had
scores of people call us to say, when they returned home from work, they didn’t realize their plastic distiller had burned their
house down because the evidence had burned up in the fire. I owned a company that produced over 1
million thermostat switches a year so I know about thermostats and this danger
always exists in a plastic water distiller! Waterwise is a major player so how can they

years. When you make steam, these home
distillers can’t guarantee purest water because they
concentrate pollutants and the high steam velocity carries them over with the steam! To lower steam velocity you can periodically stop the boiling or increase the height of the condenser
using steam baffles. They don’t do that. That’s why lab stills are huge affairs made of glass and
they use filtration along with deionization before distillation. There are other problems I won’t mention here but that is why they can’t make purity guarantees to unwary
consumers! “Dishonest experts” with no

You can run the machine at your sink in the normal way or, if you have well water, you can pour energized tap water down your well (it's in the instructions with the machine). Since text books are constantly being updated, we are amazed that chemistry courses are being sold by a retired chemistry professor trying to piggyback on the $700,000/yr we spend on full page advertising by asking for "donations"!! We have never heard of an honest "scientist" asking for donations while disputing countless studies including Yale University, two time Nobel Prize winners, UCLA M.D.'s, hospitals and government research centers when our water is readily available for testing and the following parameters would tell anyone whether or not we have produced the "light" water mentioned in THE WASHINGTON POST starting in the 90's. If you increase the hydrogen bond angle from 104 degrees in ordinary water to 114 degrees in our water, other parameters change as a result of that increase!! An increase in the hydrogen bond angle makes the molecule larger and this explains why our water is 4-8% lighter than ordinary water per unit volume! Also, this increases the solubility also! There are several parameters available for testing...not only one!! Just drinking the water or even a swim in our indoor pool would tell you it's different! Yale University is just one of the universities that studied the amount of oxygen trapped in fossilized amber for millions of years...it averaged around 38%! Today, oxygen averages about 21% although in major cities it has been measured at one-half that amount! What do you suppose it would be at ground zero in Times Square, New York City?
Otto Warburg, who won the Nobel Prize twice, noted that as oxygen dropped in the atmosphere disease would gradually take over. Just as heavy water is found in varying degrees, more water molecules were found with higher bond angles 50 years ago than today. Also, as stated, most scientists know there is so-called "light" water and laboratories have confirmed this water to be 4 to 8% lighter than ordinary water! It should be obvious to anyone but apparently it isn't. In order for water to be called "light water", the properties would have to be different!
As a result, light water has a hydrogen bond angle that is greater than ordinary water and the water molecule is larger (in nanometers) or it couldn't be called light water! After tests done with our water machines by a UCLA doctor and his colleagues, they tested the properties of our water to discover why it produced such incredible results. They confirmed that our water has a hydrogen bond angle of 114 degrees which would confirm why the water is lighter than ordinary water, as noted by the Washington Post article, and why laboratories around the world have confirmed it as "light water". They became "professors" with a Hate America bent telling students that "smoking is O.K." and linking to a book "Smoking May Be Good For You" while ignoring the resultant cancers from cigarette smoke! This wasn't a great message to send their students in Canada and our students in the United States! In fact, we have people here in the United States linking to one of these professors as "a real scientist" while disputing
everything that has ever been said about water (including the above) while making a living selling chemistry courses and, at the same time, asking for donations! If this isn't enough, he makes fun of 90% of Americans that believe in God (Newsweek)! He even misrepresents our patents by ignoring the body of the patent and how the water is recycled! Also, stating that what we have done is "unknown to science"! Of course it has to be unknown or you couldn't get a patent.! This man widely advertises himself and as a result scientists tell us they are amazed by his ignorance! A person that has a degree in one field doesn't mean they are endowed with "expertise" in every field! Our patents were obtained by a former head of the bio-medical division of the U.S. Patent Office. There is no shortage of individuals that form "cure" websites that cause the demise of thousands of Americans every year with bad medical advice. They get together and send each other E-Mails with different code names, making you think it's alot of people rather than a few, while asking for "donations" and making people think that, with a code name, their blogs are anonymous. Of course they aren't anonymous! Ask any FBI agent! That's how they track down these water Dealers that aren't thrilled with our discovery...it hurts their business!
Alkaline Water Machines: A Japanese chemist gives you all the chemical formulas as to why you should use alkaline water while the man above gives you all the chemical formulas why you should not! They both could have explained it in one simple sentence without the scientific jargon: "The body keeps the digestive juices within a very narrow range 1-1.5 PH and if you try to change it you are asking for BIG trouble!" We have had 100's of phone calls with the disastrous results!
We receive phone calls asking: Is our water like "ionized water" etc? What is the PH, the ORP etc? None of this has anything to do with what we do!! If it did, we couldn't have produced such extraordinary results! Let's take one example out of 100's: A municipality with a 5 acre waste lagoon with 10 1/2 million gallons of sewer waste (e-coli bacteria etc) that smelled for miles. As a result, they paid $10,000/day in fines for months because no treatment company could stop the smell. Now, the people that run these companies have advanced degrees!! They know about every product out there and if these products worked they would have used them! They sprayed only 1000 gallons of energized tap water, from our little home machine, on the surface of the lagoon and the smell was gone in 24 hours saving millions in sewer plant construction! Try that with any other water you can find... without harming humans or the environment!!
